What we process and why

• Orders: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address or selected pickup point and the order contents – to fulfil and deliver your order (performance of a contract) and to keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• E-mail: if you write to us, we process your address and message to reply.

We never receive your card details; payments are processed directly by Stripe.

Who we share data with

• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. – payment processing,
• Packeta (Zásilkovna s.r.o.), postal service or another courier – delivery,
• Netlify, Inc. – website hosting.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, always with appropriate GDPR safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period required by law (accounting records 10 years). E-mail correspondence is kept for up to 3 years.

Embedded content and cookies

The site itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart is stored only in your browser. The site embeds YouTube, Spotify and Bandsintown players and widgets, which may process data under their own policies when displayed or played. YouTube videos load only after you click.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing – just e-mail info@desireforsorrow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
